At Thermaltake, we strive to ensure your high-performance hardware meets your expectations; however, if you are not satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate an RMA
Log in to your account or visit our support portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order number and reason for return.
Prepare Your Gear
Securely pack the item in its original box, ensuring all cables, mounting brackets, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of your package and ship it to our designated Thermaltake service center using a trackable courier.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
